Meditation is always good. Candles, incense, just a nice dark quiet place with all your favorite things where you can just unwind. Just sit there and think about nothing, or anything! Personally, I've even tried "witchcraft" and spells and such. Basically, just let go. When your mind is free you can accomplish anything!
