Stand confortable, with feet apart, and your hands forming a triangle against the middle of your forehead. Index fingers and thumbs should be touching, hands palms out. Close eyes if necessary, breathe slowly and deeply as you visualize the protective sign of the pentigram ( a five pointed star within a circle, point at top.) within or surounded by a bright blue light...
Now make an effort to visualize your attacker; see the pentigran in the blue light leave from your forehead. As it does it gets bigger and brighter. See it trapping your attacker wike a liquid net that seals him up so that he may not escape, then push him as far away as you can.
If you do not know your attacker, visualize the liquid, blue flourescent light and just send it out in all directions to protect you from all eil magic. Enforcing your aura might help too!
