ROT talk

Ladies and Gentelmen,
The CITIZENS of the Republic of Texas have tried to tell our government
what they can and can not do, what we will and will not accept, our PG's

that is. We have sent them many messages letting them know that we will
no longer tolerate their petty differances, name calling of each other,
and so forth.

But it is as sure as daylight that something has been forgotten. Do you
know what it is?

ALL of the PG's are responsible to THE PEOPLE OF THE REPUBLIC, that's
right, us, THE PEOPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF TEXAS. They only have the power

that we, THE PEOPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF TEXAS, give to them. Yet we see
them yeilding that power like the ones in the evil empire to the north
of us. What's wrong with this picture? Are our leaders to scared to step

aside? Are they to scared to talk with the other factions? I don't know,

but I can tell you what I see right now. I see one faction's primary
concern is monetary system. I see another's primary concern as a strong
defense. And the 3rd, well that's still up for grabs. :)

If those 2 factions that had a primary concern were to join forces, shit

world, lookout!!!!

On May 4th 1997, we THE PEOPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF TEXAS, gave them just
that chance. We THE PEOPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF TEXAS called for a
citizens meeting. Everybody was invited to this meeting. All members of
their particular PG"s  were invited to this meeting. Not all of them
showed up. That tells me one thing. They, those who didn't show up, of
the various PG's, don't give a damn about what THE PEOPLE OF THE
REPUBLIC OF TEXAS had to say to them. If they did give a damn, they
would have found a way to be there. It was THE PEOPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF

TEXAS talking, not any of THEIR bs, but us, THE PEOPLE OF THE REPUBLIC
OF TEXAS. If you will notice there has been no ligitimate excuses coming

from any of the people that didn't show, save one, and he was
"holed-up", why is that? My guess, they don't give a flying-fuck about
the Republic of Texas, or it's people. Enloe, you had right ot be
scared, coming out of that closed door meeting, and it's not just from
me, but several people. I suggest you watch your back from your own
people, and the rest of you PG types better be doing the same. People
are tired of this crap.

THE PEOPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF TEXAS have decided to have the
Constituonal Convention on July 4th, 1997, as planned. The PEOPLE have
decided this, do you really want to upset THE PEOPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF
TEXAS further? I think it is time for the PG's to start watching their
steps very closely. After the convention, THE PEOPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF
TEXAS will hold their elections for a duly elected government, and
according to the Plans and Powers of '95, none of you people that sat on

a PG will be qualified to be elected. (Thank God for small favors). I've

seen how you people are, you think your going to get my vote for getting

back into the government of Texas? I THINK NOT!!!!!

THE HOPE IN ARRESTING ROBERT LEADER OF THE SMALL COUNTRY WAS TO GET HIS

PETE SAN ANTONIO TEXAS

My name is Ezequiel.  I am writing this from Puerto Rico.  Down here we
were an Autonomous Region of Spain when the United States invaded the
Island.  Inmediately they replace the civil government with a military
regime.  Slowly we have been getting back a little bit of what they took
away.  From being a rich Spanish "colony" in 1898 we became the
"poorhouse of the Caribbean" in 1930.

Then we started our own economic revolution.  By 1952 we succeeded in
talking Uncle Sam in granting us limited Self-Government under our
present Commonwealth Status.  For that status to start two different
laws had to be approved by Congress and by the Puerto Rican People in
referendums.  Then the US had to go to the UN so that they would remove
Puerto Rico from the list of territories under colonial status.

Since then we have been going back to Congress seeking more
Self-Government.  Yet Congress has never responded.  Now they have a
bill design to force Statehood upon us.  The bill starts by declaring
that Puerto Rico is a territory under the plenary powers of Congress [in
1952 nothing happens].  When we point out to them the declarations of
the US before the UN, Congressman Don Young, and Kennedy simply said
that Congress just lied to the UN.

Anyhow, Puerto Rico is a Nation with 500 years of history, its own
culture, literature, religion perspective, economy, etc.  At a time when
Alaska, Hawaii and Texas are seeking Independence; why is Uncle Sam
trying to imposse Statehood upon Puerto Rico?

Finally, I wonder if Independence is the best thing for Alaska; or even
Puerto Rico.  Personally I like the concept of a Federation; but a real
one where each member Nation-State would have the right to secede from
the Union and reject Federal Legislation [via referendum].  Also each
state should have the right to proclaim and promote its own
national/collective identity.  Just like Puerto Rico does now in all
cultural and athlethic events.

At my home page located at:

http://home.coqui.net/ezekiel

you will find a list of articles about political matters.  Some of them
are in Spanish; but they were good enought to get the center pages in
the leading ideological newspaper in the Island.  Others are in English
and deal direclty with the situation at hand.  I would recomend you read

State Sovereignty

American Civilization

Theocracy

You may use them any way you want.

Finally,  some ideas about armed resistence.

Obviously, a small group of militias would never be able to topple the
greatest, most powerful military empire the world has ever seen.  But
armed resistence has always been part of any indepedence struggle.  It
is a way to make the Empire understand that to keep a territory
subordinated against its will will cost him [the empire] quite a bit.
The idea is to make the empire seek a cheaper alternative:  granting
Independence to the Territory.

However in order for armed resistence to be efective it most be use in
such a way as to generate public support.  The only one that benefits
from terrorism is the Empire.  The Empire has the power to terrorize the
people into submission.  The freedom fighter do not.  However if the
freedom fighters try to use terrorism the only thing they will get is
the people's rejection.  That would put the people on the regime's side.

Therefore, armed resistence should not include acts of terrorism.  The
basic idea is that acts of armed resistence should result in the death
of no civilian whatsoever.  Even the lives of the officers of the regime
should be spared.  If there are going to be targets, lets those targets
be federal installations that are used exclusively to promoted and
project imperialistic actions.  In Puerto Rico, for example there are
many military installations that serve no civilian purpose whatsoever
and are only used to project US air control over most of the Caribbean
and South America.  Yet those facilities hurt the environment.  Puerto
Ricans have been strugling to get those facilities out for a long time.
But almighty Uncle Sam would not hear us.

If there were to be an earthquake and those facilities [and only those
facilities] were to colapse the entire Puerto Rican society would
celebrate it.  However if a militia were to atack those facilities,
killing the personel who work there; the entire Puerto Rican society
would condem the atackers.  Get the point?

Be willing to die for what you believe; but kill no one.

There are many federal facilities where many human beings work; and many
other federal installation that are there to serve the people.  Ideally
many of these installations should be transfered to the States.  Freedom
fighters should struggle to get those facilities and agencies returned
to their local authorities.  But to atack and destroy those facilities
that serve the people will only bring public opposition and rejection to
the freedom fighters.  Therefore, kill no one; destroy no public
property; but if you still want to hurt the enemy; then pinpoint those
facilities and institutions whose sole purpose is to advance Federal
Imperialism.  target them.  Stand firm against them.  Use all legal and
economic ways at our disposal to get them out of town.  But make sure at
all times that the people understand and support what you are doing.

If the development of the events would then bring about violence and/or
destruction the people will not condemn you for it; specially if you
kill no one, hurt no human being, and the only property destroyed was a
hated symbol of federal imperialism.

Remember, armed struggle by itself will not force the Empire to back
off.  But effective resistence in all its manifestations would raise the
price they would have to pay to keep us subjugated;  particularly if
that strugle generates and even grater public suport for the struggle...

Once again, you may use this ideas any which way you want.

Sincerely;

Ezequiel Gonzalez
