All right, all right, I'll get serious: When you purchase a Item from TNT, you get 35 days free Tech Support, starting from the day your order is verified. Customers are entitled to as much e-mail tech support as you could possibly want for the duration of the warranty period. IF the problem is persistent, or seemingly unresolvable, we will give you a RMA code #, and instructions to mail the problem item back to us at your expense, for a 100% refund (no restock fee). We do ask that the customer make a reasonable attempt to remedy the problem before you contact us.
This is about as fair as we have seen available, but if you have any legitimate suggestions as to a way we can improve this, please let us know.
