if you are all ready a conspiracy theorist, I don't have to tell you what the most likely next thing to happen is; If you aren't, well, you wouldn't believe me anyway, so there is no reason to detail it, right?

If you are religious, just do us all a favor and pray for divine protection for those willing to filibuster to stop the so-called "Patriot Act".

I hate the ACLU (since when isn't the 2nd amendment as important as the 1st and 4th?), but they really have got their tofu-snorting act together on this one; the ACLU action website that lists which senators WANT the ability to see what you are checking out of the library and to perform no-knock warrant-less searches on U.S. Citizens is pretty informative.
