If you are aware of a circumstance of a child being abused, we would like you to notify us. Do NOT, if possible, limit your reporting to ICAPO alone; you should notify your local Law Enforcement agency FIRST, and then worry about notifying ICAPO. If you feel you can not notify your local law enforcement agency, we will try to do it for you. If you only have suspicions, we will try to verify that abuse is taking place before taking action.
We define a "child" as being someone under the legal age of consent in the area in which they reside (this varies from age 14 to 18 worldwide).
