Ok, I did some work on it anyway. The BASIC LejendMaster Software can be downloaded here; you can use the Java Client for players. Lejend Masters please note: anyone can wander in to your play area, unless you e-mail me and ask for a secured play area!

This is the Screwing-around-with-making-a-Internet-Client-for-LA page (SAWMICFLA)
Note: I do not like Java, the only client for strict Java users will be this page, which should work pretty well. It'll work with Netscape, I think. players will be able to see maps, notes, and text of adventures, and if you have RealAudio installed, you should be able to hear LM commentary. This will be the only thing I do for MAC compatibility. if you are a Win32 user, you will be able to use the downloadable client and hear LM voice / sound transmissions. if you are a Win32 & IE4+ user, you will have the choice of using either a full-function web client or a downloadable application.
As to marketing, this page can be given out to non-members so they can see what's going on.
Feel free to use this for chat functions in general while I'm working on it.
Concepts:
LM will have the ability to transmit voice to players, or pre-recorded sound effects; players will be limited to text transmission to LM to avoid LM overload.
Currently using generic server, will switch to irc.vrhome.com when things pick up.
