Hello young one... I am a 327 year old psychic vampire and I find the best way to facilitate psychic vampirism in people ten feet or further away from me is to flick a booger on them and THEN drain them. With practice, you can flick a booger as far as 200 feet accurately, or 500 feet if all you want to do is hit a random target in a crowd, such as antlike mortals on busy city streets. However, I have found it to be ever so much more delectable to stalk a particular target, giving me the time and opportunity to savor their unique psychic flavor, making booger-flicking for accuracy my favorite technique.
